Extending platform functionality design for end-to-end flexibility for second pharma customer. From there, establishing end-to-end best practice solutions and streamlining configuration processes.

Impact:

Expanded platform to cover any autologous clinical customer, launched a reusable baseline offering for faster clinical customer implementation, and roadmapped releasing those tools to implementation partners.
