Government heuristics: Evaluating the usability of a grant application site

Evaluate a grant application website run by the Ministry of Education to determine whether to iterate on the existing site or redesign it from scratch.

We documented the site’s usability via a thorough regimen of user testing, eye tracking, heuristic evaluations, and content analysis.
